3 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, cancellations must be made 3 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged for your reservation. If cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, full payment for your reservation will be collected at time of cancellation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
* SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In the case of special event dates, such as national holidays and festivals, an advanced Payment of the total nights' stay plus tax is collected 30 DAYS prior to check-in. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without charge.
RESTRICTIONS: All rates provided are for 1-2 person. Maximum of 2 guests per room. Must be at least 21 years of age to reserve and register as primary guest. All guests must be registered. Valid ID required to register.
QUIET ENJOYMENT - We honor quiet hours between 9 pm - 9 am.
BREAKFAST: Full southern breakfast served daily. Flexible dining times available.
PARKING: Free on-site parking is available at the rear of the property or on the street in front. One parking space is allotted per room.
SMOKING: The Guest House is a smoke-free inn. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
PETS: Pets are not allowed. Please let us know if you need help with local pet boarding options.
CHILDREN: Due to the nature of our inn, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10.
